Saumya is a consultant with 30 years of domain experience in developing and executing strategic plans, retail & development banking, compliance, and on emerging market opportunities. His expertise is strategic planning, business development, customer strategy, project management, and market analysis. He superannuated from IDBI Bank as Executive Director and has served as nominee director on the boards of Nitin Spinners Ltd., Bhilwara, South Asian Petrochem Ltd., Bandhan Bank, and Haldia Petrochemicals Ltd.

Ranjit is a senior advisor with more than 40 years of industry experience. During his career as a consultant, he has served globally in countries like Oman, UAE, and India. He is a BSc (Tech) in Textile Technology and has served more than 15 years in the jute industry. He specialises in production planning, HR management, market research, and feasibility studies.

Amitava is a senior accounting consultant with more than 12 years of experience. He specialises in supervising statutory matters in compliance with the Indian accounting standards. He is a graduate of Commerce (Finance) from the University of Calcutta & an intermediate Chartered Accountant from ICAI. His ability to analyse data, and evaluate the business situation makes him a distinctive operational strategist.

Prosenjit is a senior accounting consultant with more than 10 years of experience. He has worked in procurement, GST, P. Tax, TDS, income tax return, and retiral funds. He graduated with Commerce (Finance) from the University of Calcutta and has an MBA in Finance as well as a diploma in Financial Accounting. His expertise is in the finalisation of accounts, statutory compliances, banking, payroll, and business development.

Sharmistha is a business development manager with more than 20 years of experience, of which three were in Oman as a lecturer. She is the chief recruiter and administrative head at FINTEQ. She holds a master's degree in Commerce from The University of Calcutta. She is an expert in secondary market research, HR management, recruitment, and administration.

Sandipan is an operations manager with more than 15 years of experience. He holds a master’s degree in English, Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of Calcutta. He has extensive knowledge in recruitment process outsourcing, fixed asset verification, data mining & analysis, content management, market research, and Project Management.

Sayan is an accountant with two years of experience. He is a Commerce graduate from the University of Calcutta and holds a diploma in Financial Accounting. He has expertise in online GST return, ESIC, provident fund, professional tax, TDS, online banking, maintaining daily transactions in accounting software, reconciliation with party ledger, and BRS.
